I run a plastering business down in South Wales, and can you believe it? Quotatis switched out the phone number and website on MY Google Business listing for their OWN info! This means folks searching for my services ended up with them instead!!

I've also found out that they’re pulling this stunt on hundreds of other tradespeople across the UK. Many of them are ready to back me up.

It's a seriously dishonorable way to conduct business.

Instead, potential clients are being sent to a fake site that uses all my information. I have no idea how long this has been happening, but all the advertising I pay for is benefiting those scammers. Just a heads up, steer clear of these crooks!

Be cautious. Make sure to investigate the company you select. I hired a driveway service I discovered through this site, and sadly, it turns out they aren't a legitimate business. After dropping a ton of cash, I'm now scrambling to find someone else to fix the mess. I reached out to them nicely to complete the job correctly, but they just ignored me. I chatted with the local council, and it looks like my only option now is to head to small claims court.

He sent over pictures of the damage, gave me a very fair quote, and got the work done the very next day. Since I wasn't home at the time, Charlie shared photos of the damage and explained what needed fixing and the materials he would use. He also sent pictures of the completed work and followed up with a call. I’d totally recommend this company for their honesty, expertise, transparency, trustworthiness, and fantastic value for what you get.

I had my driveway resurfaced with tarmac and gravel back in July 2022 by Aquatech Surfacing Ltd, specifically Mr. David Beaver. Unfortunately, this company didn’t provide any written information regarding the materials, the work to be done, or the costs involved. The quality of the resurfacing was below par, and my attempts to reach out to them have gone unanswered.

Honestly, I feel let down, and I wouldn’t recommend this company as a trustworthy professional. Since I haven’t heard back from Aquatech, I’ve decided to seek help from the Citizens Advice Bureau. I’m considering either contacting Aquatech again or going through Trading Standards or Small Claims to resolve this issue.
